From February 6 to February 8, 2018, the largest international exhibition of animal breeding and technologies for the production and processing of livestock products. Agrofarm-2018 was held at VDNH, Hall No. 75.


4For the several years of work the exhibition has secured the status of a prestigious site demonstrating innovative solutions in livestock, poultry and aquaculture. Agroаfarm is a traditional meeting place for manufacturers of equipment and products, investors, managers, livestock specialists, industry experts and government officials.


In 2018, more than 400 exhibitors from 28 countries presented their products. In comparison with 2017 the collective stands of Germany, France and Ireland have expanded their expositions on Agrofarm 2018.

5Breeding specialists met with representatives of Genetika Dairy Company and Semex. They also visited the conference named "Legal aspects and practice of providing state services in pedigree livestock breeding" and took part in the meeting of the working group on the implementation of road map activities in the pilot regions.

In 2018 the main idea of the event was the implementation of Digital Livestock Farming systems into production processes. It’s a new direction of automated digital technologies which allows optimizing a number of technical tasks as well as more effectively organizing farm operations.


The intensive business program presented over 50 events of various formats. Within the framework of conferences, seminars and master classes, visitors were able to get acquainted with the feeding, milking and housing systems oriented to individual animal needs as well as to get a real-time overview of the latest technologies for measuring the animal's biological condition, livestock life monitoring systems and production processes. Particular attention was paid to the use of automation systems in order to fulfill the requirements of the veterinary supervisor services of the Russian Federation for electronic certification.


Green Dale specialists did not miss the opportunity to get acquainted with the novelties in housing, feeding, and maintaining the health of cattle.


Representatives of the service department got acquainted with the know-how of automation systems and software of milking equipment. They met with representatives of DeLaval and Komplekt Dairy Company.
